About the instructor and class:

Graciela Teofield holds a M.A. Education from Portland State University. She is a Medical Reiki Master through Raven Keys, a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master through ICRT with Colleen Benelli, VSTCLP with Vibrational Sound Association and a Yomassage® Energy Practitioner.

‘Therapeutic Himalayan hand-hammered bowls and various styles of singing bowls allow me to resurrect ancient teachings of vibration and sound therapy. Sound waves affect at the cellular level to promote healing, the removal of toxins and blockages throughout the body, and provide deep levels of release and relaxation. This also helps us to access and clear any negative energy and emotions.’
